Kristiana first came to yoga after moving to Austin to attend college. From the start she got far more from the practice than a workout. Though she was first drawn to the intensity of power classes, she now enjoys the structure of Ashtanga and the ease of a gentle flow.

She completed her 200hr YTT and began teaching in local studios full time. Her classes focus on intention setting, breath and moving meditation.

My Vinyasa Practice is a donation-based yoga, yoga therapy, and meditation studio built on the principles of accessibility and service. 

Our brand-new, touch-free studio resides in the heart of the ACC Highland area at 109 Jacob Fontaine Lane, where we offer daily yoga classes, private and group yoga therapy sessions, and yoga teacher training.  Additionally, we have a thriving online platform where students can participate in live stream yoga and meditation classes and book private sessions with skilled teachers and yoga therapists.

STUDIO SCHEDULE

PRACTICE IN PERSON OR ONLINE

Our Austin studio sits in the heart of the ACC Highland campus at 109 Jacob Fontaine Lane, Suite 800. We offer donation-based classes at all levels of Vinyasa Flow, Power Vinyasa, Hatha Flow, Yin Yoga, and Restorative Yoga.

Our online studio offers LIVE streaming classes daily for a drop in rate of $5 per class or $45 for an unlimited month. Interact with teachers, ask questions and even get feedback on alignment. Online classes give you the freedom and flexibility to take your practice with you where ever you go. 

Please note, during the COVID-19 pandemic we have a limited in-person schedule. In an effort to help flatten the curve we are requiring masks for everyone inside and outside of the building. We are adhering to the City Council’s mandate that masks must remain on at all times. Students are asked to wear their masks during class. If you would like a disposable lavender mask to practice in please ask the front desk upon arrival.

Yoga Therapy is a combination of yoga, mindfulness and meditation that is designed to help you integrate on a truly holistic level and work towards a more balanced experience in all four energetic bodies.  Book an online private consultation to gain insight and guidance into how yoga, meditation, and mindfulness practices can help you live the life you are meant to live. After your initial consultation you will receive an integrative wellness plan that will consist of 6-week’s worth of information, practices, and treatments that will include an exercise and yoga plan, along with recommended practices and meditations to support your overall goals.
